She seemed to be enjoying her subject and there was a 'I know this and you don't' aspect to her performance. Didn't, couldn't, or wouldn't engage the listerners/watchers of the program -acted like genocide was her own, she owned it and she was the one and only important person to know about it so all of you better shut up and listen. Too bad she missed that opportunity - seemed like she got in the way of her own message.
