leave the misleading, demagoguing headlines to the Huffington Post. The linked article is about AIG, not BOA.
Also, The SEC announced nothing like what the headline says. What happened is the judge in the trial said that thre SEC couldn’t add new charges in the BOA case and would have to file them separately for a different trial.
