Personally, I’m educating myself, and making plans, not on how to kill the people responsible, but how, through legal means, including exposure (which Ames is good at), to at least seriously reduce their ability, and that of similar people that follow, to repeat what they did to the economy, in ways that may hopefully have a longer-lasting impact than simply going out and shooting people. The death penalty does nothing to prevent the production of more murderers–in the same fashion, killing corporate criminals will do nothing to prevent more from always springing up, becoming ever-cleverer in trying to implement their hopes of either being the ones to get away with it, or at least “living well” until they have to go to prison.
