The woman was denied coverage because she still has the ability to have children. She could be covered if she chose to be sterilized. This means that the only way to get coverage for anything including heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and every other possible disease, is if she has invasive surgery done to take away her ability to reproduce. This is the exact essence of the problem with the privatized health insurance, and why there should be a public option. Profit takes precedence over the human right to live. Funny, its basically the same side of the political fence, that supports free market healthcare, that also supports (I mean manipulates for votes) pro-life. Sort of a conflict, don’t you think?
