One of the main reasons that Obama betrayed the unions, who had provided millions of supporters for his campaign, was that billionaire backers like Penny Pritzker wanted to block union organizing of the "hospitality" industry, which includes the Hyatt Hotels (owned by Pritzkers, of which Penny is a Board member) and the cruise industry (where Penny Pritzker and her family owns the nation's second largest cruise line, Royal Caribben).
