Riots won’t happen because N. Americans live in communities that are suburbanized and there’s no place to assemble or protest. The only places that will have riots will be in the old inner city ghetto centers. But even they won’t have much of an impact and will only frighten the already sheltered their whole lives suburbanites even more into a police state and guns/religion clinging.

While I would still advocate that they deserve some basic rights (affordable health-care, minimum wage, housing), I only support them having these rights for a simple reason: we need them to be strong and healthy to do the work of dogs.

A permanent underclass is fine. You can escape such conditions if you have the brains, ambition, and the basic conditions I outlined earlier.
