www.vvdailypress.com -- The average price of High Desert homes sold in November dropped 3.8 percent from the previous month, as local prices continue to stay at what seems to be an ever-sinking “bottom.”The November average was $58.89 per square foot, according to Victor Valley Multiple Listing Service data compiled by Larry Trombley of Century 21 Rose Realty in Hesperia. That’s 7.5 percent lower than the same month last year.
