Is that an honest to god sharp needle on that syringe, instead of just a syringe with no needle?
Are those Kotex part of the display?
The closer I look, the more I love it.

It was really a good move to spread consiousness among the people about the heroin… I think some kinda rally or events at these festive times should be organised so as to get rid of heroin addiction..
