So who shot guy who slipped? Judging from the way he stayed down and the puddle of blood on the floor it looks like he caught a stray bullet. Whas it from his own gun or from the guy behind him?

The dude got shot by his buddy who came running in behind him, he popped off a shot while sweeping his muzzle around to kill the guard.
